To use existing ACMS facilities, software and labs for your courses, please use the Cinfo (Course Information) form.
After completing a Cinfo form, you can request lab reservations by contacting the ACMS Accounts Office.
The annual Instructional Computing Plan (ICP) is the process used by departments to make proposals to their Dean for initiatives such as major hardware and software purchases, support for new classes, as well as changes in curriculum that might impact existing facilities. Departments prepare their ICP plans in January for the following school year. Please contact the Chair of your department regarding ICP requests.
The Cinfo form is an adjunct to the ICP for lab and software needs. Cinfo requests that have not been previously approved through the ICP may be referred back to the department Chair or Dean for endorsement or funding.
