Campus Audiovisual Design Guidelines

Audiovisual (AV) guidelines have been developed as a reference for architects and other design professionals engaged in the design of classrooms, lecture halls, and presentation spaces on the UC San Diego campus.

The purpose of these guidelines is to provide information to guide architectural/space planning decisions during the pre-design phase.

The guidelines are not intended to establish or communicate standards or specifications, nor are they intended to replace one-on-one meetings with the occupant and the AV consultant to determine specific design requirements. Following the UC San Diego AV guidelines ensures the highest quality design standards. The following documents are in downloadable PDF format.
