Enterprise Term License Agreement - Departments

Available to: Faculty and Staff

Annually-renewed Enterprise Term License Agreements (ETLA) are available per department based on the number of Full Time Employees (FTE).

Pricing

Total department cost is determined by the number of Full Time Employees (FTE) on the enrollment commitment date (March 31).
Cost per FTE can vary from year to year, depending on total UC enrollment, but allow up to $8.25 per FTE.

Renewals

License renewal opt-outs are due February 15th each year.

Licenses are effective each year on May 1.

Enterprise Term License Information

Individual University Computer Licenses

Available to: Faculty and Staff

Platforms: Macintosh and Windows


Departments with fewer Acrobat users may purchase single-user licenses for faculty and staff use on UC San Diego computers, one license per computer.

Pricing and Ordering

Order individual Acrobat Pro licenses through Marketplace. Use a "punch out" with the label "SHI" to connect to the current UC system software reseller for this agreement.
