Computer and printer repairs
ACMS/Computer Repair and Installation can do repairs and perform upgrades on student-owned computers and printers. The can perform factory authorized warranty service at no charge on many brands of equipment, and out-of-warranty service for a fee.
Computer Virus Alerts and Removal Tools
The ResNet support group maintains a list of computer virus outbreaks, virus removal tools, and tips on how to prevent viruses.
Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
ACT/IT Infrastructure offers documentation on how to set up email programs, browsers, and certain communication programs. ACMS/Desktop Support can assist on-campus students with software issues and general troubleshooting for a fee.
