ACS-Webmail Folder Manager

The Folder Manager can significantly reduce the size of your mailbox. It displays your quota and helps you move, delete, or preview large or old messages. Log into your ACS-Webmail account under the ACS-Webmail theme. On the left frame under Options, select Folder Manager.  Key features:

Mail Usage Summary: displays how much space is available in your mailbox and the the quota used by each folder.

Mail Management Options: Under the Mail Usage Summary.  Move, delete, or preview large or old messages. Select the a folder and click View Options to modify.

Move or Delete Large Messages:

• Reduce the size of this folder to __ MB by removing large messages
• Select messages that are larger than __ MB
• Select the __ largest messages from this folder
• Select __ MB of the largest messages from this folder
• Select all but the __ smallest messages in this folder

Move or Delete Old Messages:

• Reduce the size of this folder to __ MB by removing old messages
• Select messages that are more than __ days old from this folder
• Select the __ oldest messages in this folder
• Select the oldest __ MB of messages from this folder
• Select all but the __ newest messages in this folder

After using the move or delete large or old messages options, you can:

• Move selected messages to a new folder
• Delete selected messages
• Preview selected messages
