ACS-Webmail Folder Manager

Introduction

The Folder Manager, under the new ACS Webmail theme, can significantly reduce the size of your mailbox. It displays your quota and helps you move, delete, or preview large or old messages. To begin, log into your ACS Webmail account under the new ACS Webmail theme. Then, on the left frame under Options, select Folder Manager.

Mail Usage Summary

The Usage Summary displays how much space is available in your mailbox by displaying the quota used by each folder.

Mail Management Options

Underneath your Mail Usage Summary are Mail Management Options that move, delete, or preview large or old messages. Select the folder you wish to modify and click View Options.

Move or Delete Large Messages

Under the Move or Delete Large Messages option, you may:

• Reduce the size of this folder to __ MB by removing large messages
• Select messages that are larger than __ MB
• Select the __ largest messages from this folder
• Select __ MB of the largest messages from this folder
• Select all but the __ smallest messages in this folder

After selecting the option you may:

• Move selected messages to a new folder.
• Delete selected messages.
• Preview selected messages.

Move or Delete Old Messages

Under the Move or Delete Old Messages option, you may:

• Reduce the size of this folder to __ MB by removing old messages
• Select messages that are more than __ days old from this folder
• Select the __ oldest messages in this folder
• Select the oldest __ MB of messages from this folder
• Select all but the __ newest messages in this folder

After selecting the option you may:

• Move selected messages to a new folder.
• Delete selected messages.
• Preview selected messages.
