If you were unable to back up a copy of your emails via a POP connection before your account was deleted, you may request an email recovery. The email recovery will cost $25 and must be received and processed before the recovery can begin. There may be an additional charge if it takes more than an hour to search for your files. Please remember that there is no guarantee that you will find what you are looking for in any of the backup copes that may be found.
If you would like to make this request, please bring a check made out to UC Regents to the ACMS Help Desk. In the memo, include your username, PID, and mail server. If you don't know your username or mail server, you may use our Account Lookup tool to find it. Your PID may be found on your ID card.
