Email Recovery

If you were unable to back up a copy of your emails via a POP connection before your account was deleted, you may request an email recovery.

To request an email recovery, you must pay a non-refundable $25 fee in advance. There may be an additional charge if it takes more than an hour to search for your files. Please remember that there is no guarantee that you will find what you are looking for in any of the backup copies that may be found. To expedite the process, please include any information you have about the messages you are looking for (e.g. approximate time frame, email header, sender).

To begin the email recovery process, please bring a check made out to UC Regents to the ACMS Help Desk. In the memo, include your username, PID, and mail server.

Don't know your username or mail server?

Use our Account Lookup tool. Your PID is found on your student ID card.

If you cannot come into our Front Desk, send the check to:
