Email Recovery

If you were unable to back up your emails before your account was deleted, you can request email recovery.

You must pay a non-refundable $25 fee in advance to request email recovery. There may be an additional charge if it takes more than an hour to search for your files. Please remember that there is no guarantee that you will find what you are looking for in any of the backup copies that may be found. To expedite the process, please include any information you have about the messages you are looking for (e.g. approximate time frame, email header, sender).

To begin the email recovery process, please bring a check made out to UC Regents to the ACMS Help Desk. In the memo, include your username, PID, and mail server.

Use our Account Lookup tool. Your PID is found on your student ID card.
