In order to work in the Media Lab's Final Cut Studio Suites all students must take one 2-hour Final Cut Pro workshop, or must have taken Vis175 or Com100, and students must have completed Vis 70 or Com 21, or be a graduate student. There are no exceptions. The workshops are intended to instruct users on how to set up their projects correctly for editing in the Media Lab's Final Cut Studio Suites following the correct technical procedures. Classes are held at the beginning of every quarter. See Adriene Hughes for a schedule of class times.
