What is ResNet?


Residential Networking (ResNet) provides support for students living in residence halls and on campus apartments with network or computer-related problems. It is our goal to assist, educate, and support our customers using all means possible. We do not just fix problems; we help people. Support is provided at no extra charge, as the costs are included in the housing fees. We help with problems such as:

  • Internet connectivity issues
  • Malware
  • Dead hard drives
  • Malfunctioning computers
  • Cable TV
  • …and more!
