If you have called, emailed, or visited our Help Desk, you were probably helped by one of our Help Desk technicians. We are extremely grateful that many of our customers consider the Help Desk as invaluable, and this is largely due to the excellent customer support Help Desk technicians provide.
Senior Help Desk technicians work together to troubleshoot advanced networking problems, resolve complex student account issues, and develop methods for removing the latest malware infecting computers. They are also primarily responsible for mentoring and training new staff.
