Repair Rates
OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIR FEES (not including parts cost)

*Inspection fee is included in repair cost; charged separately only when no repair is authorized.
+ Note that the minimum fee is charged up-front for non-warranty repairs.

Repairs are done on a first-come, first-served basis.
Out of warranty repairs are covered under a minimum 30-day parts and labor guarantee, or as specified by the manufacturer. CRI recommends regular data backup and assumes no responsibility for lost data.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept checks and budget numbers only. If you prefer to pay by cash, credit or debit card, you may do so at the Bookstore. Please bring your receipt to show proof of payment.
Software Issues
CRI can diagnose and fix some software issues for our standard charge ($75/hour, 1 hour minimum). Please be advised that software issues are not covered under manufacturer's warranty, nor under any maintenance contracts.
For any software issues that require reinstallation, including operating system software, the customer must provide or purchase appropriate licensed software.
