Many Help Desk technicians stay employed longer than one year. During their time of employment, they further develop their skills in assisting customers with advanced network troubleshooting issues, managing and leading junior student staff, and in some cases, increasing their technical skills in programming or graphic design. We are proud that many of our technicians become employed by well known companies.
